      8. Returns and Refunds

SportxOnline offers a 30-day return policy.

Customers have 30 days from the date the order is delivered to request a return.

Returned items must be unworn, unused, in the same condition received, with original packaging, tags, labels, accessories, and proof of purchase.

For approved returns, SportxOnline will provide a prepaid return shipping label by email. The cost of the return label will be deducted from the customer’s refund unless the return is caused by our mistake, such as receiving a damaged, defective, or incorrect item.

No restocking fee will be charged if the returned item is received in the required condition. If the returned item is worn, used, damaged, missing tags, missing accessories, missing original packaging, or otherwise not suitable for resale, an additional fee may be deducted from the refund.
